Pricing is based on Document type and location.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather demographic information in addition to document type, location, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology and I am working on my Master’s of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology. The field of Psychology has taught me to first be a great listener which allows me to be empathetic. Because I am in the field, I live by a list of ethical guidelines and I am a stickler for upholding confidentiality.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father served as a chaplain and a notary public. As a child I would go into hospitals, assisted livings, nursing homes etc with him. My comfort level is impeccable, I feel as if I have literally been groomed to be in this profession.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My clientele ranges from, High end clients, business professionals, lawyers, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, divorcees to those who are, terminally ill, mentally ill or temporarily or permanently disabled.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently took on a project from a client who out of California. I did over 50 plus I-9 verifications for legal aliens that are authorized to work in the United States. It was my first contract and first time doing I-9’s of this sort. It took approximately 2 weeks, but I made sure every employee was compliant!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that the notary you hire is professional and treats you with the dignity that you deserve.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
– Approximate time and date of notarization?
– Current State-Issued ID, Drivers License, Passport?
